06 · Clinical Readiness Program for Dental Graduates
Graduated? Now start real treatment
A one-year clinical training program, 3 days a week, where you treat your own patients under consultant supervision and build a case log clinics trust.

Course overview
You graduated with a degree, but the first question at your clinic interview was how many root canals have you treated yourself? Many graduates spend their training year observing more than practising, with supervision too distant to correct mistakes in the moment. The Clinical Readiness Program gives you a structured, hands-on year: real patients, a supervisor close by, and a documented case log you can present to any clinic. With private clinics now required to employ 55% Saudi dentists, those with real clinical experience move to the front of the line
Why this course matters
The dental market in Saudi Arabia is changing, and a degree alone is no longer enough. Clinics want dentists with real clinical experience who can start on day one.
- Saudization Since January 2026, private dental clinics must employ 55% Saudi dentists.
- Real cases Clinics ask how many cases you treated yourself, not how many you watched.
- Close supervision Mistakes are corrected in the moment, before they become habits.
- A case log You leave with documented proof of your skills, not just a certificate.

- Phase 2 Supervised treatment You treat your own patients with a consultant reviewing every step.
